This mini introductory course to Latin American Literature was developed for a client using Articulate Rise 360. I was responsible for creating the lesson plan, course content, graphics, and course flow.

GenAI Design

The course was enhanced with Generative AI, incorporating engaging graphics and animations created with Midjourney and Adobe Photoshop Generative Fill tool.

It also featured interactive videos where characters from the literature were brought to life using D-ID for animation and ElevenLabs for AI-generated voices.

The Importance of Multimedia and Animation in Learning Retention and Engagement

Integrating multimedia and animation into educational content significantly boosts retention and engagement by catering to diverse learning styles. When used as supplements to traditional reading and activities, these elements provide an alternative way for learners to absorb information, making the learning process more interactive and enjoyable.

Currently, we are developing AI agents that will act as interactive bots, enabling students to converse directly with characters from the literature. This feature allows learners to ask questions and receive information, bringing the characters to life in a unique, conversational way.
